How it works
Our methodology and limitations — plainly.
What is RAJE3?
A tool that helps you decide how to get back to Saudi Arabia when flights are disrupted or uncertain. RAJE3 is not an airline, booking agent, immigration authority or emergency service, and does not guarantee the safety or availability of any route.
Where does the information come from?
Flight status comes from a data provider (AeroDataBox) where coverage exists; flight offers from an offers provider where a subscription exists; official updates from official sources that our team reviews before publishing. Web search is used for discovery only, never as evidence.
How do we rank options?
A fixed, explainable order: evidence completeness first, then operational feasibility, data freshness, transfer simplicity, duration, then price when available. We never use numeric confidence or safety scores.
- evidence completeness
- operational feasibility
- data freshness
- simpler transfers
- duration
- price

AI
We use Anthropic's Claude only to phrase a plain explanation of the evidence. Every sentence must cite specific evidence; we check each one automatically before display and drop anything unsupported. AI is never the source of any flight, price, time or status.
Modes
Live: real provider responses with source and time. Demo: clearly labelled synthetic examples with a banner. Unavailable: an honest empty state with official links. We never silently fall back from live to synthetic data.
Our limits
- No API establishes real-time border opening, visa eligibility, or safety.
- An offer does not guarantee a flight operates, and separate tickets do not protect a connection.
- A road on a map is not evidence that a border crossing is open.
- An advisory passing its end date does not mean the restriction ended.
